DR. FENG LUO
Research Adviser
Dr. Luo is a Professor in the School of Computing specializing in bioinformatics, deep learning, and machine learning. He leads the deep-learning portion of the project. He also oversees creating deep-learning methods with a graduate student and undergraduate students and helps advise the postdoc.

In this project, I will do RNA-seq data analysis related work.
MELANIE LAMBERT
Graduate Student
Melanie is developing deep learning methods for biological networks. In Particular, she is working on learning general representation of protein, genome and biological networks.
